Shipping Policy
1. Courier
Rogue Tactical SA ships orders using Aramex Store-to-Door courier services.
2. Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are
generally processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 8–11 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are not
guaranteed and may vary because of courier operations, weather, remote delivery areas or other
circumstances outside our control.
4. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once available from the courier.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details supplied are
accurate. Rogue Tactical SA cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting
from incorrect information.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect details or repeated failed delivery attempts,
additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Risk
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address.
